I surrender to my humanness. To the mess. The weakness.
The fight to hide it is destroying me more than the weakness ever could.
As surely as the tides come in every day and the Earth spins around the Sun, day will break, revealing a “first day of.” For every inhale, there is an exhale. For every end, there is a beginning.

I have some great advice to help you improve you sleeping patterns. As I’ve shared before, Aaron Nash, the owner of my fitness facility, Platinum Fitness has started hosting a radio show. It’s on BBM Talk Radio every Thursday morning at 9 a.m. EST.
Below is a past episode where Aaron and his mentor, Matt Wilber discuss the importance of good sleeping habits and gives plenty of tips. Did you know there are glasses to reduce the effects of blue light to help you sleep better? I didn’t either. I’ve ordered some for my kids, who have trouble sleeping due to ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (I’ll always try anything to help them sleep better! Will report back).
I hope you enjoy it and encourage you to listen live, because you can call in with any nutrition questions you may have.
The portion on sleep begins at 13:10
