Recovery is a dance between old habits and new intentions. Choose which leads wisely.
Only I have the values that resonate with my soul to judge whether I’m winning. Only I know if I’m making myself proud. Only I know if the work and output is enough for me.
As surely as the tides come in every day and the Earth spins around the Sun, day will break, revealing a “first day of.” For every inhale, there is an exhale. For every end, there is a beginning.
I came up with the top reasons I’ve become a full-on workout warrior in hopes that something will help you get your exercise on.
So often, life can feel out of control, and like it’s just happening to us. It’s true that there are many unpredictable events in life. Even the length of it can be outside of our control, but that only makes our choices even more important.

Did you know there are glasses to reduce the effects of blue light to help you sleep better? I didn’t either. I’ve ordered some for my kids, who have trouble sleeping due to ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (I’ll always try anything to help them sleep better! Will report back).
